Lumbar traction - spinal decompression works well for people with herniated discs, disc bulges, sciatica, radiculopathy, pinched nerves,  and degenerative disc disease a form of arthritis in the neck or back.

 

Cervical and Lumbar traction works by slowly and gently pulling the vertebrae apart unpinching the nerves and helping to increase the height of the discs in the spine.
