Chiroptactic Insurance

Kailua Wellness Center participates with most insurance programs.  If you have any questions please call our office and we can verify your insurance for you.

Acupuncture Insurance:

  • We accept HMSA for acupuncture if you have American Specialty Health benefits.

  • We accept Kaiser for acupuncture if you have American Specialty Health benefits.

  • We accept HMAA insurance for Acupuncture. (HWMG)

  • We accept workman's compensation (worker's comp) insurance for Acupuncture.

  • We accept No-Fault auto accident/car accident insurance for Acupuncture.

  • If you have benefits and we are out of network, you can also choose to pay cash for acupuncture and we can provide you with a super-bill so you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Physical Therapy Insurance:

  • We accept TriWest VA Veterans health insurance for Physical Therapy with a referral from your VA doctor.

  • We accept Tricare for active duty military and family with a referral from your doctor.

  • We accept HMSA insurance for physical therapy. (MD referral required).

  • We accept HMAA insurance for physical therapy and HWMG insurance for Physical therapy. (MD referral required). 

  • We accept UHA insurance for physical therapy. (MD referral required).

  • We accept Medicare insurance for physical therapy. (MD referral required).

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, affordable payment options are available.

If you were injured during work hours you may be covered by your Workman's Compensation insurance. 

We accept Workman's Compensation benefits with a referral from your doctor for Chiropractic.  

We accept Workman's Compensation benefits with a referral from your doctor for Acupuncture.

We accept Workman's Compensation benefits with a referral from your doctor for Massage Therapy.

We accept Workman's Compensation benefits with a referral from your doctor for Physical Therapy.

Auto Accidents- Car Insurance Claims

No Fault Auto Insurance car Accepted | Geico, USAA, State Farm, Travelers, All State, Progressive, Farmers, Nationwide

Hawaii is a no fault insurance state and this means that any injuries resulting from an automobile accident are covered under No Fault Auto insurances. This insurance applies to drivers, passengers and pedestrians. Your insurance rate will not increase if your insurance is used for chiropractic care. Thirty chiropractic treatments are allowed under the No Fault law in Hawaii. A prescription from a medical doctor is required for massage therapy to be covered. We are happy to help you through the process of getting things started, please call Kailua Wellness Center and we will answer any questions you may have.
